Messaging Terms & Conditions

Who is texting you
Messages come from Hart Insurance, LLC — Cameron Hart, Arizona insurance producer license 17302992. Reach us at 480-462-6848 or cameron@hartinsuranceaz.com.
What the program is
This is a customer care program. Messages relate to your insurance: policy changes, renewals, documents needed, billing and payment questions, claims, and replies to questions you've asked.
These are service messages, not marketing blasts.
How you opt in
You opt in by giving your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — either by checking the box on a form on this website, or verbally when you speak with us and are asked whether you'd like text updates. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing anything.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are sent as your coverage requires rather than on a schedule, so a quiet month may bring none and an active claim or renewal may bring several.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Hart Insurance doesn't charge for text messages; whatever your mobile carrier charges for messaging is between you and them.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation and then nothing further. You can also call or email and ask to be taken off, and I'll take care of it.
Stopping texts doesn't affect your coverage or your policies. I'll simply reach you another way.
If you change your mind, reply START to resubscribe.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at 480-462-6848 or cameron@hartinsuranceaz.com.
Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and isn't guaranteed.
Your privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third parties. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
