Privacy Policy

Last updated 27 August 2026 · Hart Insurance, LLC

The short version. I collect what I need to quote and service your insurance, and nothing else. I share it with insurance companies so they can quote you, and with the software I use to run the agency. I don't sell your information to anyone. Your mobile number and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Who this is about

Hart Insurance, LLC is an independent insurance agency owned and operated by Cameron Hart, Arizona insurance producer license 17302992, affiliated with Insurance Professionals of Arizona. This policy covers information collected through hartinsuranceaz.com, by phone, by text, and by email.

You can reach me at cameron@hartinsuranceaz.com or 480-462-6848 with any question about this policy or your information.

What I collect

Information you give me directly

  • Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
  • What you're asking about, and anything you choose to tell me about your situation

Information from your current policy

You can also share your current policy through a secure link (Canopy Connect). That connects to your insurance company with your permission and retrieves your existing coverage details so you don't have to find and send them yourself. It is read-only — it can't change anything on your account — and it's used only to prepare your comparison.

If you send a declarations page or policy documents, those typically contain more than contact details — dates of birth, driver's license numbers, vehicle identification numbers, property addresses, prior claims, and current coverage and premiums. I use that information to compare your coverage and obtain quotes, and for nothing else.

Information collected automatically

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and uses no advertising or tracking pixels. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of delivering those files. Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which records standard submission data.

Why I collect it

  • To answer your question or prepare a quote comparison
  • To submit applications to insurance companies on your behalf
  • To service policies — changes, renewals, billing questions, claims
  • To contact you about your coverage by phone, email, or text
  • To meet recordkeeping and licensing obligations under Arizona insurance law

Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only where it's necessary to do the work you've asked for:

When required by lawRegulators, or in response to a valid legal request.

Text messaging

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third parties.

If you give a mobile number and consent to text messages, that consent applies only to messages from Hart Insurance about your coverage and service. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything. You can stop at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Full details are in the Messaging Terms.

How I protect it

Your information is held in access-controlled systems, and I limit who can see it to what's needed to do the work. As an insurance agency, Hart Insurance is a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and is also subject to Arizona's insurance data security requirements, and maintains safeguards accordingly. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and I won't claim otherwise. If you'd rather not email sensitive documents, call me and we'll find another way to get them to me.

How long I keep it

Records related to policies I've written are retained as long as Arizona insurance recordkeeping rules require, and generally longer for claims history. If you asked for a quote and didn't become a client, I keep the file so I can pick the conversation back up later if you want to. Ask me to delete it and I will, except where a law or a carrier requires me to keep it.

Your choices

  • Texts: reply STOP to any message.
  • Newsletter: use the unsubscribe link in any issue.
  • Everything else: email or call me and tell me what you want changed, corrected, or deleted.

You don't need a reason and it won't affect your coverage or how I treat you.

Children

This site isn't directed at children and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Information about minor household members may appear in a policy or application — a teen driver, for example — and is handled the same as any other policy information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
